The Japanese customer insisted that the quality of the recycling machine can only be judged after inspecting the final film product. So they prepared plastic sheets with test data, sent the sheets to several candidate suppliers for production, and then brought the plastic pellets back to Japan for re-production, quality testing and data comparison, such as MI, fisheye, strength , Impact and weight assessment, etc.

The plastic resins are tested by a group of staff in the Japanese headquarters according to their qualifications, including tensile, compression, peeling and COF testing. In other words, the results should be no fish eyes, pollution, bumps or stretches on the meter. In addition, if there is a fish eye within one meter, the size is specified.

"There were total five competitors in the competition, the customer reproduced plastic films using the pellets made by each participant’s own pelletizing systems, and the quality of the film must be certified. The film was required to be pure without any defects." said the sales manager of YE I machinery.

Customer inspection and quality test results

The client asked for 100% automatic plastic recycling machines. At the beginning, we designed a machine that required one staff to assist in the operation but that wasn't good enough for them so we modified the waste recycling machine to become an auto-detection machine, after setting it up, it could work as an unmanned machine.

In the end, YE I made good use of experience to continuously adjust the machine, speed and temperature, and finally the quality was qualified and recognized. The test results show that its melt flow index is within an acceptable range, and it has the advantages of low friction, low wear plastic, and no fish eyes.
