YE I's mono-layer casting film machine is designed to produce films for multiple purposes. It has high mechanical and assembly precision to ensure stability. With high performance of each component, it can manufacture thin and thick films suitable for various film types applications.

• Air Cooled extruder :
(Operation methods : Downwards)
High base type extruder and the gear box housing are made of cast iron which are strong and durable. The gear is made of special alloy steel, after heat treatment and precision grinding, making the operation more flexible and energy-saving.

• T-Die :
Made of high quality alloy steel, with highly polished and chrome plated treatments. Flat type is the most commonly used design for extruded cast film. The internal flow channel has a pressure-reducing design to make the flow even and stable. The thickness can be controlled by adjusting the die-lip. The width of die-head can also be adjusted in design according to the width of the final film products.

• Screen changer :
The sliding screen changer with easy-moving plate, which simplifies the screen changing process and no oil leakage. It is composed of oil pump, solenoid valve and melt pressure sensor.

Combining our own design capabilities and production experience, we have purchased deep hole drilling machines and five-axis processing machines from Switzerland, Japan and Germany to be able to manufacture mechanical parts and key components in-house to ensure the overall quality and stable operation of the company's machines.

Die head, cylinder and extruder are the key components of film making extrusion. With professional processing equipment, all processes are monitored by computer to ensure that every part of the blown film line is correctly manufactured without any possible human error. About 200 sets of extrusion equipment are sold every year.
