The design of this High Speed Blown Film Line is backed up by many years of experience, research and development.
• Compact design, space-saving.
• Due to the different properties, we offer specific sets of die and air-ring. The blown film line is capable of running HDPE and LDPE by changing the insert.

Main components of YE I's High Speed Blown Film machine

• Extruder :
With iron casting gear box (Three axles transmission type with SKF bearings), made of alloy steel with heat treatment and precise grinding. Solid, flexible, energy-saving, special spiral design to improve production capacity.

• Die head:
Center-fed spiral type. The specifications of the die-head are adjustable according to the difference in material properties and the thickness of final product.

• Melt Filter :
Filter impurities without leakage. We offer two(2) kinds of manual filters for selection. Hydraulic screen changer is available.

1) Assembly and inspection-Gear box

2) Assembly and inspection-Barrel with heaters

3) Raw material for screw and barrel

4) Monitor the processes through computer

5) Running test and measure the thickness of films

6) Other related checks, if necessary
