YE I's film-to film tubular blown film machine compared the traditional process through CRUSHER > PELLETIZER > BLOWN FILM MACHINE, reducing the process time, the power consumption largely and carbon emissions in line with energy-saving concept of environmental protection.

• The blown film line is capable of running HDPE and LDPE by changing the insert.
• Shredding drum :
Material will be fed into the shredder by the conveyor or nip-roller and be shredded by high-speed rotating blades.
• Extruder :
With iron casting gear box (Three axles transmission type with SKF bearings), made of alloy steel with heat treatment and precise grinding. Solid, flexible, energy-saving, special spiral design to improve production capacity. During this process, the material gradually melts and is thoroughly mixed and compacted.
• Die head:
Center-fed spiral type. The specifications of the die-head are adjustable according to the difference in material properties and the thickness of final product.
• SCREEN CHANGER:
Filter excess impurities and support the function of changing meshes without stopping the machine.
