1) PMMA (Acrylic) :
Good transparency, easy post-forming, outstanding temperature range, flame resistance, Good mechanical strength
•Applications of PMMA sheets:
Reflectors, signal lamp covers, electronic name plates, ornaments, etc.

2) PC (Polycarbonate) :
Excellent impact strength, outstanding temperature range, high transparency and gloss, flame resistance and flame retardancy, low conductivity, non-toxic
•Applications of PC sheets:
Transparent door and window, signboards, highway sound barrier walls, shelters, heat-resistant sheets for factory and green house, etc.

YE I's PMMA/PC Sheet Extrusion Lines

• Extruder :
The vented extruder, screw and barrel are made of imported alloy steel. The specially designed screw can produce PC and PMMA sheets without downtime or the cost of changing the screw. Equipped with a heavy-duty gear box with lower noise.

• Screen changer :
Hydraulic slide type with hydraulic unit

• T-Die :
Made of high-grade alloy steel, all flowing surfaces are hard chrome plated, and exterior is flash chromed. Back-center feed, detachable lower lip, special flow path design to achieve the best distribution. Imported high-grade T-die is available as option.

• Roll stack :
Imported rolls, mirror polished, high roll hardness, double-wall spiral baffle design to ensure that the surface of the sheet is free of bubbles and scratches.

• Cutter :
Pneumatically driven, slide rail hacksaw type, cutting according to preset length.

Combining our own design capabilities and production experience, we have purchased deep hole drilling machines and five-axis processing machines from Switzerland, Japan and Germany to be able to manufacture mechanical parts and key components in-house to ensure the overall quality and stable operation of the company's machines.

Die head, cylinder and extruder are the key components of film making extrusion. With professional processing equipment, all processes are monitored by computer to ensure that every part of the blown film line is correctly manufactured without any possible human error. About 200 sets of extrusion equipment are sold every year.
