Main components of YE I's PP blown film Lines

• Extruder :
It is designed with a special mixing section to make the polymer melt uniform and high output.

• Die-head :
Spiral flow channel die is designed to stabilize melt flow. Optional 360-degree rotating device to avoid unevenness of the plastic film during the winding process.

• Cooling unit :
Compared with traditional air cooling, the combination of air cooling and water cooling presents excellent film transparency and gloss.

• Electrical drying unit :
Optimal thermal heating ensures 100% dehydration and further stabilizes the film.

• Control panel :
Operation-friendly and space-saving structure. Equipped with high-quality electrical instrumentation and mushroom emergency stop switch.

• Winding unit :
YE I offers a variety of winders, including: Manual 2-bobbin type center winder, Manual 4-bobbin type center winder, auto turret tension winder, 6 angle bobbin winder and back to back winder, etc.
