YEI’s special rotary die device sells well in the Japanese market
Another double-layer co-extrusion blown film machine was exported to Japan this month for production of HDPE and LLDPE composite plastic bags. The end use will be daily packaging, such as T-shirt bags and garbage bags. This customer is located in Ibaraki Prefecture, has successively purchased several double-layer co-extrusion blown film lines of the same model and configuration from our company.
Among them, the rotary die device is developed by YEI in response to customer needs, which can be well matched with the Japanese width controller (Brand: SEMCO) selected by the customer, and the results complement each other! The width and thickness of the final composite film are very stable. It can not only save time and energy for manual adjustment, but also lay a good quality foundation for subsequent processing, successfully reduced the proportion of defective products for customers, and won the trust and support of the market!
